Kurt Stitser is a 5th generation Nevadan who grew up in the construction and development industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he spent 7 years working in the commercial construction sector around the Denver Metro area before returning home to start Realm Constructors, and subsequently BUILT.

Ted Johnson - Superintendent
Ted Johnson has worked his entire career in construction. Early access to his father's woodshop led to a love for building that started with trades work in rough and finish carpentry, concrete, HVAC, and electrical. Ted received a Construction Management Degree and Business Minor from Chico State University and has since worked in commercial and residential construction as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Construction Manager in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and the greater Reno area since.
