Clint Stitser - CEO

Constantly seeking ways to improve and grow, Clint is dedicated to building a stronger future for those he serves. A sum of his experiences and influences, Clint incorporates lessons learned during his experience playing in the NFL, earning an MBA in Finance and Management, and a decade of practice in real estate marketing, sales, finance and investment. Having experience in many stages of the process from acquisition to sale, Clint brings an understanding of the market, each party’s perspective, and how to best align our organization with the needs of each party to achieve a successful project.

A Northern Nevada resident since birth, Clint is passionate about the Reno lifestyle and spends his free time with his wife and three young children.

Kurt Stitser - COO

Kurt Stitser is a 5th generation Nevadan who grew up in the construction and development industry. With a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, he spent 7 years working in the commercial construction sector around the Denver Metro area before returning home to start Realm Constructors, and subsequently BUILT. Through active involvement in various industry groups, leaders at the forefront of progressive design and development have cultivated his perspective on construction.

Dennis Troy - Pre-Construction Manager

Dennis Troy obtained a degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University, and subsequently worked in the public sector for various jurisdictions throughout Washington, California and Nevada. From this experience he acquired extensive knowledge about planning, design, building codes, and estimating. Coupled with his established relationships and contacts within the communities that we build, his contributions to the preconstruction phase of a project is invaluable.

Tim Herrlein - Project Manager

Tim is a rounded construction development professional with over 10 years experience in commercial, light industrial, and residential construction. He excels in successfully coordinating all trades, architects, and engineers whilst adhering to local and state building codes.

Rachel van Huyssteen - Accounting

Results focused, quality-driven and a dedication to company-wide goals, Rachel is an analytical thinker recognized for her ability to handle various accounting and financial functions with a strong working knowledge of problem solving and root cause analysis. Rachel provides BUILT. with a mindset of continuous improvement and an open mind to new opportunities to enhance the business.

A native of Minnesota, Rachel enjoys everything about Reno, Nevada: the high desert climate, the lack of insects, the low humidity and the absence of snow. She enjoys hiking, reading, singing and playing board games with her family.

Ted Johnson - Superintendent

Ted Johnson has worked his entire career in construction. Early access to his father's woodshop led to a love for building that started with trades work in rough and finish carpentry, concrete, HVAC, and electrical. Ted received a Construction Management Degree and Business Minor from Chico State University and has since worked in commercial and residential construction as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Construction Manager in San Francisco, Lake Tahoe and the greater Reno area since.

Patrick McMullen - Controller

With over 20 years experience, Patrick is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant with experience in auditing, tax preparation, management, and business consultation services. Having developed a robust accounting department within BUILT. his research and analytic abilities allow us to provide timely and accurate reporting to our vendors and clients. Having served public companies, private companies, and venture funded technology start-ups, Patrick provides a unique and insightful perspective on the industry.

Tammie Cox - Marketing/Operations Manager

With a background in Marketing and Customer Relations, Tammie is a great asset to our team. She is committed to the each project and goes above and beyond in everything she does. Born in Truckee and raised in Reno, Tammie truly loves the Sierra Nevadas and all that this area has to offer.

Prior to joining BUILT., Tammie spent 15 years in a marketing and design role at Trader Joe’s, during which time, she learned a great deal in marketing, customer relations and organizational culture. Having grown up in a construction family where everyone in the family worked and contributed, Tammie understands what it takes to excel in a large corporation, or a small family business, and her ability to jump in wherever help is needed to keep things progressing makes her a great asset to the team.

Lisa Coleman - Accounting

Lisa's love of organization and working with numbers has made her an asset to our accounting team. After twenty years as an Administrative Assistant at a fire department in central Arkansas, she decided she needed a change and relocated to Reno. She quickly fell in love with the climate and big city feel of our beloved town.

Kip Thompson - Reconstruction Manager/Estimating Manager

Kip Thompson was born and raised in Reno, NV. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno; he left Reno to travel the United States for 2 years. During that time he worked on numerous landfill and mining projects in the environmental construction industry.

Since moving back to Reno in 2017, he has worked on various types of construction projects in the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. From these experiences he acquired extensive knowledge about planning, design, building codes and construction estimating. Coupled with his established relationships and contacts within the communities that we build, his contributions to the preconstruction phase of projects is invaluable.

Kyle Boesen- Project Manager

With a background in the construction industry for the last 20 years, Kyle brings knowledge and expertise to the Built. team. Her appreciation for architecture has given her work experience in both residential and commercial construction.

A native of Reno, Kyle enjoys everything our growing community has to offer but especially softball, boating, hiking with her dog and spending time with her family and friends.

Kelsie Hieber - Forward Planning Manager

Kelsie is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer with experience in site development and vertical construction. Her versatile career has given her the ability to analyze projects from multiple angles. She enjoys assisting in the conception of a project to its' delivery while maintaining excellent client and subcontractor relationships.

Amy Roberts - Pre-Construction Coordinator

Amy has worked in the construction industry for the past 5 years. As a resident of Tucson, AZ, Amy has spent time working in different mines across Arizona and in the paving/transportation division. Amy has worked in an administrative capacity supporting active projects to becoming fully involved and taking projects from pre-construction to completion.

Sam has been in the construction industry for over 11 years and has what it takes to get the job done on schedule. His determination, attention to detail, and the relationships he has built with his contractors have led him to his current position as a Project Engineer at Built.

Sam has two beautiful daughters with his wife Crystal. Camping, traveling, and movie nights are just a few ways he loves to spend time with his family. When he’s not working, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and date nights with his wife.
