As the COO, Kurt brings a detailed eye to forward planning and constructability. As a result of his passion for the design and development disciplines of our industry, he remains connected to the jurisdictions, the latest in building codes, development trends, product design and large scale infrastructure needs that impact our projects.

Toby Albin

Construction Manager

Toby brings over 45 years of construction experience to his role as Construction Manager at BUILT.. After 25 years in the construction material supply business, where he was the owner of Vaughn Materials, he transitioned into managing field operations for the last 20 years.

Before joining BUILT., he was the Construction Manager for Basin Street Properties, a development and operating company with more than 5 million square feet of commercial properties in Nevada and California.

Tom Sinatra

Senior Project Manager

With a career spanning multiple decades, Tom has a diverse background in design, construction, and property operations on the Las Vegas Strip. Before joining BUILT., Tom held positions such as Senior Project Manager and Vice President of Construction at companies including The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and MGM Resorts International. In these roles, he managed hotel renovations, casino floor improvements, restaurant and retail space conversions, and the construction of luxury suites.
